Reproducibility repository approved

The SPEC board has unanimously approved the establishment of a specialized repository to support the reproducibility of published conference results.

In a bid to extend the usefulness of ICPE to both the authors and the attendees, the SPEC board has unanimously approved the establishment of a specialized repository of files useful in reproducing results reported in the ICPE conference papers on performance evaluation.

Submission of files to the repository will be at the discretion of the paper authors. Depending on the particular paper, such files will include input data or collected measurements, the scripts and configurations used in the experiments, and so on.

More details will be announced as the pilot installation of the repository comes online.
